Professional Services and Support Engineer

Job Description:

• Provide training and post-sales support of security appliance product.
• Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone, via email, and onsite.
• Provide onsite and remote training and implementation services.
• Document all customer interaction.
• Work with multiple departments to increase the customers overall satisfaction with our product.

Experience:

• 2-5 experience in Technical Support, Professional Services, or Network/Systems Administration.
• Field Support experience.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, and network hardware (switches, routers, etc).
• Web Server administration knowledge.
• Experience with Linux and Microsoft O/S.
• Good network, and operating system troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised or in a team setting.
• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

Product Support Engineer

Job Description:

• Provide post-sales support via phone and email.
• Work with customers to resolve any issues related to our security appliance product.
• Document all customer interaction.

Experience:

• 2+ years experience in a Technical Support department.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, and network hardware (switches, routers, etc).
• Experience with Linux and Microsoft O/S.
• Good network, and operating system troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

SW Engineer - Israeli Office

• 5+ years of C++ development experience , Linux/Unix
• Working in multi-threading environments
• Experience in complex system performance tuning
• Networking protocols, security products and HTTP knowledge is a plus
• Database experience is a plus
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Dedicated and able to execute properly under pressure
• Self motivated and excellent human interaction

QA Engineer - Israeli Office

• QA position with a goal of becoming a QA leader
• 2+ years of QA experience
• Networking knowledge is a must (HTTP and Security is a plus)
• Experience in automatic testing is a plus
• Experience in PERL programming is a plus
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Dedicated and able to execute properly under pressure
• Self motivated and excellent human interaction
